Post Contract Variation Requests

Please note, as part of our building process, any post-contract variation (PCV) requested by the client will incur a non-refundable fee of $1,500 payable upfront.

Once you submit your PCV, an invoice will be issued. Please be aware that the PCV will be reviewed by the builder and is subject to approval based on the current stage of the project.

Post Construction Maintenance Requests

The maintenance period is valid for three months from the Handover Date.

To ensure timely rectifications, please submit any maintenance requests within this period.
